"Susan went above and beyond to help me find a house that has everything that I needed for myself and my growing family. In a market where time means everything between getting your offer accepted and losing the house of your dreams, she was very quick to get any needed items completed, knew what those items were and had them ready to go before anyone even asked for them. Her knowledge of what kind of red and green flags to look for in each individual house and location of the house was phenomenal. She was so easy to work with and made the house buying process smooth and fun."

"Recently I needed to sell my grandmother’s home and didn’t know where to begin, or what would need done or just anything selling a home would entail. "I had an absolutely wonderful time looking at houses with Susan! And she was great with looking at the many houses I chose before I finally came upon the one that for the bill. Everything was so easy considering my ridiculous schedule and she was extremely accommodating with it! The entire process from start to finish was painless and so much easier than I thought it was going to be. Whenever I am back on the market looking, Susan will be my first call!"

"First of all I want to say that I’ve only ever dealt with 2 realtors in my day, and the difference between the 2 is incredible! The first realtor was a “one and done”, “I’m gonna sell this house and be done with these people” kind of person. But Susan, she was different, I TRULY felt like she cared about us! It’s one of the first things I told my wife when we first met Susan. She definitely had a “mother” personality and it always made me feel so comfortable whenever I needed to contact or meet with her. She made it very clear from the start that we will NEVER annoy her and always contact her if we had a question or concern and she kept true to that statement. She always “held our hand” from point A to point B because that’s what my wife and I wanted. During the final days of our house searching, we found a house we loved and naturally with today’s housing market, we had competition. But what we had that the other interested people did not was Susan Rowles. She fought hard for us and she stuck with us every step of the way until we finally got the house we loved and sat with us while we closed. She’s the kind of realtor that I would invite back to my hot tub in the new house as a friend, not as a professional acquaintance. Anyone who has doubt what realtor to use, go with Susan!"

"Sue is the best realtor anyone could ever ask for! As someone who bought their first home, she couldn't have been a better choice! She treats you like she's looking out for you like she's your mom. She won't just hype a house up so she can get a commission check. She's brutally honest when she needs to be, when it comes to houses I was viewing. If repairs needed done or things weren't to her expectations that she believes we deserve in a home, she told us straight up that we need to keep looking and it's not for us. She took care of us to make sure we were happy with whatever home we purchased and I can't thank her enough for not allowing me to just jump on the first house I saw. I was very naive to the market and how homes operate and the costs involved and she made sure we knew everything we could before making a decision. We love the house we bought and I can't thank you enough Sue! You're the best and don't ever forget that!"

"Susan E Rowles of SWC Realty has been a fantastic agent. She really understood what we were looking for in a new home. And found many properties that fit the bill. She helped us at every step in the process, pointing out problems, advising us on financing, and telling us what we needed to know about every neighborhood we visited. She helped us find a good home inspector. And fought to make sure all non-conformances were corrected. Susan is highly organized and does not miss a detail. She is also friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. We are extremely happy with her performance and would highly recommend her to others!"
